FOIA Reading Room, Frequently Requested Records
Under the Freedom of Information Act, agencies are required to proactively disclose various categories of records. These include records “which have been released…and which, because of the nature of their subject matter, the agency determines have become or are likely to become the subject of subsequent requests for substantially the same records,” as well as a general index of those records. 5 USC 552(a)(2). The FOIA Reading Room contains a list of those records below, as well as links with which to access them. Please note that the full NEA Website contains many additional records that are of interest to the public.
